The rule says that
"If expatriates who hold UAE residence visa live outside of the UAE for six months or more than 180 days their residence Visa will be automatically canceled"
The days calculate six months as 180 days this means that residents with a valid visa can only stay up to 180 days.
He should return to UAE before 180 days they will not be able to return to enter UAE after 180 days without a special permit.
There are some exceptions few of them listed below,
- foreigner whose wife is sponsored by her Emirati husband
- employees for a government body who are sent abroad for treatment
- servants accompanying you in nationals delegated to study abroad
As per the new regulation, a UAE golden visa holder can stay outside the UAE for more than six months without changing their residence permit Status.
